SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with The Onyx Look! Please review our shipping terms and delivery timelines below before completing your purchase.

1. PRE-ORDER STATUS & SHIPPING TIMELINE
This specific item is currently available on a Pre-Order basis. By purchasing, you secure your item before it officially goes into standard stock. 

• Shipping Period: All pre-orders are scheduled to begin dispatching on the 5th of the upcoming month. 
• Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days from the start of dispatch for our team to package your order and hand it over to the shipping carrier.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
Once your pre-order is dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery time is:
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order is shipped on or after the 5th, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

4. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Since pre-orders are reserved specifically for you, address changes or order cancellations can only be made BEFORE the dispatch date (the 5th). Once your order is processed and shipped, no changes can be made.
